Reflective End-of-Year Questions for Teachers and Leaders

Dec 12, 2022

Reflecting as teachers (and leaders supporting teams with their professional growth cycle) helps us to reconnect with the ‘why’ and consider how we might make more impact, make more of a difference or even streamline our delivery or learning design processes.

Reflecting, talking or journaling about the year that was is an important process. Asking questions of ourselves and reflecting on our practice can help to paint the future the way we want it to be.
